I don't have to tell you that FHA is an important product in today's market. It is virtually saving the careers of LO's across the country. According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, nearly 33% of all loans written today are FHA. This percentage will only grow. You need to know how to do these loans to stay in the business.

Gaining a good understanding of how to do FHA the right way is difficult. The manager may not know FHA that well and the AE's either don't know the product or don't have the time to give you with the structuring of your deals.
